just waiting for the Dux to pick - hopefully he's around. I pull in the exports and put the file up. Export now or before he picks if you want to save yourself some work. Otherwise you may have a blank list. Unless you want me to update the scout list. Your choice.
Does that mean you're not pulling in exports tomorrow before the next 5 rounds are simmed?
I think he needs to pull the rest of the exports tomorrow so he can get the in games lists. I think he was talking about anyone who had already started their in game list.
I was talking about now- I will pull in any exports before the draft rounds. Like a normal sim.

Have you processed any exports since you released all the players and started the draft?
If not then no one would have lists in-game? correct?
So what harm would it do to have the scout generate lists for all rounds?
What would they have to bitch about?....Yea I know someone will find something....The alternative is they don't create a list in-game and they get the dreaded 'autopick' in game without their scouts influence at least.
I was in commissioner mode but when I changed the team it all said my scout.
Only do this the first time, then the scouts list would persist until the end of the draft unless the GM changes it.
This doesn't work unless I log in as you. Which I can't unless you didn't change your password. When under act as its all done with my GM.
You can't go in under "Commissioner Mode" and do it?

The only issue I have is moving players up and down. The blue arrow buttons don't seem to work very well. However, I am fine if we go to in game lists. I think it gives you a little less control, as I prefer making my pick manually, but if that is the direction we go then fine. As long as we have time to customize our in game lists.
The problem is if the teams don't pick and the utility picks college players. I won't be around to replace them with draft eligible players.
Problem is that looking at the Draft Pool in-game the college players appear on that list as well. Looks like essentially the next ammy draft class is in the list.
give me an example- because the college players picked by Getch so far where not draftable in game by me.
Well I can only look at the 'Draft Pool' under 'transactions' and not under 'Inaugural Draft'

These guys don't seem to be draftable.

we usually don't mess with the picks but with the Hurricane, utility issues, and the impotance of the draft. We didn't want any teams to start of weak. In my experience, the Gms that don't draft will drop out and leave a team that is hard to fill and/or will be disadvantage in the long run. But I agree- that guy should not of been moved. That was a mistake on my part.

What happened with 1B Will Bedlecom?
He was picked at #72 then apparently put back in the pool awhile later and Rivera was selected. This knocked Bedlecom off of my list and others. He was later selected at #96, a whole round later. He should have been available to everyone during that time but he had already been picked, or so we thought.
Why/How was this pick changed?
I believe it was a draft error got an email around 11AM-Noon

WhoDat wrote:Wow, missed that one. How did 1B Will Bedlecom
last until the end of the 4th round? For some reason I had him marked
off as taken earlier in the draft or I would have taken him earlier I
think. Guess I got to recheck who I have marked off my list.
He was taken... in the 3rd round... over 20 picks before he was taken for the second time (I've been quite meticulous with my draft notes). I highly coveted him and was dissapointed he was not available when I selected at 89, but apparently he was! Too bad he didn't become available until after my selection was made...
I'm sorry guys, but I'm going to bow out. I know first hand how much work it is standing up a league, and I appreciate that things can't run as smooth as we'd normally like, but I'm just not willing to continue here (which I'm sure will delight at least one of you). Good luck with everything, I sincerely wish you the best and also sincerely hope that this does not affect our relationships in other OOTP leagues we may be in with one another.
