    Actually I had a find in tmbu that asked for a ML contract. I still offered him a minor league contract and he took it.

    Paul, I know this is rather old but just saw it. I've run into this in other leagues and so did some research on the OOTP Forums. For the most part, even tough they are asking for major league deals, they will accept a minor league deal if that is all that is offered. The really good news is that in OOTP14 the issue should be totally gone with the revamped system of scout finds.
