    1) Changed top prospect list from Annual to Dynamic. The list will change throughout the year as players ratings change.

    2) There is a bug during the off season that when you discover a player they ask for a ML contract. Just ping me and I'll edit this to a minor league. I think this is fixed in 14 but for now- it will only be a negative for these players to be given a minor league contract so young.
