It was a clash of the two best teams in the NBL -- the Tacoma Titans and the Whitby Battalion -- and when the dust cleared on the diamond -- the Titans were the 2014 World Series champions.
It all came to an end today at Nice Titans Field, when Tacoma clinched the title with a 8-3 victory and won the series 4-3. It is the 1st time it has happened in club history.
During the The Wild West Mountain Division regular season Tacoma put up a 100-62 record and finished first.
