    Need to move some cap, if you have any interest in any Skeeter players please feel free to make me an offer.

    What other options do teams have to get under the salary cap? If someone could p.m. I would appreciate it.  What happens if you release a player?  And if you put a player on waivers?   Just want to make sure I don't screw things up too much.
