    my player development budge was at about 18mil... I tried to change it to 19 and it kept auto changing it to about 4,356,000... tried to change back to original 18mil and got same results... any suggestions as I obviously want to spend more than 4mil!

    i'll take a look.  I remember this happening before at some point.
    18 mil is the league max.  cant go over 18 mil...you can put more money into player dev is you have extra cash to spend.

    That happened  to me last year (different numbers though).  The issue was my overall finances.  I had to adjust season ticket prices to be able to adjust scouting budget.

    The game will not let you set it to anything that takes you over your budget+cash on hand (I think those are the numbers).  If you had it set to $18mil before and if that put you over the budget+cash it was actually set to 1/2 average internally.

    Basically you are trying to set it higher than you have the budget/cash for.
