They can be misleading, especially when teams don't have their starting lineups set when they are run.  I had all subs playing in my starting lineup in ST and that is the lineups the predictions use.

plus I always have injuries that derail me.  Last season I think my record was worse than my talent.  I had to cut my bench to keep under the cap.  That bit me a little during the season with infielder injuries as my backups where not up to par defensively.  Hopefully I fixed that this season.  I think I have a much stronger bench.
